Tuesday













Warm Up: 5 Rounds of 20 DU's every 45 seconds.


10-9-8-7 Pull Ups & Jumping Squats.

5 Rounds - 30 seconds to complete each exercise and 7 seconds to move to the next station.
10 Calorie Row
13 Box Jumps
10 Wall Ball
10 Ab Wheel
Ring Hold

I completed all calories, box jumps and ab wheels through out. I had to sit out one round of wall balls and the ring holds i did about 10 seconds each round. I finished the 10 missed wall balls after the wod ended. I also walked a cold 4k later in the afternoon.
