Push Press 95 - 115 - 135
Front Squat 95 - 115 - 135
Dead Lift 205 - 235
I was happy with the Push Press weight but not the Front Squat (PR is 155) and Dead Lift (PR is 275), I didn't even come close to what I've done in the past. I was disappointed but not surprised. I havent been squating big numbers recently and I was hungry while I was lifting today. Not cool.
