AMRAP in 20 minutes:
6 Reps of the Bar Bell Complex
21 Sit Ups
The Bar Bell Complex consisted of:
Dead Lift
Hanging Power Clean
Push Jerk
Back Squat
Push Jerk
I managed 8 rounds minus 8 Sit Ups. Totals were 48 reps of the bar bell complex and 160 Sit Ups. The Rx'd weight was 65lbs but I did 75lbs. Yeowzaa! That was a great WOD!
