10-1 and 1-10 Box Jumps and Ring Dips.
I did the metcon twice. The first time I used the 20" box and the dipping station with the blue and purple bands and finished in 8:33. The second time through I used a 45lb plate on the box for a 24" jump and did the dips on the rings, again with the blue and purple bands. More of a challange and I accomplished my goal of quality over speed and finished in 11:37.
