No timer on this one as technique was paramount. I could have gone heavier on the bench press. I thought 30 reps was going to be harder than it actually was.
This afternoon Mary-Ellen and I are going to work on our 400m runs/sprints around the 'hood.
Here's my run results: 400m 1:58, 1:51, 2:05. I totally bugged out on the last round but I was happy with my first two times. Mary-Ellen rocked it with 1:51, 1:42, 1:35!
