Tuesday 7am

Warm up: 400m run.
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
3 Hanging Squat Cleans 105lbs
I figured I'd be finished after 10 rounds but as my body warmed up, it got easier. For the first 13 rounds I did my HSC's in 15 seconds and rested for 45 seconds. Round 14 and 15 took 22 seconds each. I was really stoked after that wod. It rocked! Then I went to Hot Yoga. Now I think it's time for a nap before I hit the road on the bike :)
