Yikes the TGU's were tough! After the wod, we did some oly lifting. A variation of the bear :)

I was beat after 4 rounds so I didn't attempt 125lbs :) When I got home I took my oly rings for a walk around the block looking for somewhere I could hang them. No luck at all so I'll have to take them to a park or something with a playgroung (swings) or old trees with strong branches!
