Friday...Nikki tries Crossfit for the first time!

I was soooooo proud of Niks dead lifts especially since she said the 45lb bar alone was as heavy as she could go!

400m Run
6 rounds of "Cindy"= 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats.

Nil used the green band and did strict pullups. I used the blue band and kipped. Nik did "girl" pushups but said sheshould have done real ones. Over all it was a great workout! Gotta let the busted callouses recover! Ouch!
