Since the Langley box was closed for Easter, I blew the dust off the ol' Enforcer Crossfit Box and engaged in a workout with my girl Farrah.
We did 2:00 intervals for max reps.

Push Ups- 38. 40.
KB Swings- 45. 50.
DU's- 90. 49.
Walking Lunges- 57. 57.
Air Squarts 20lbs- 50. 37.
Butt Crunches- 80. 80.
Ab "bicycles"- 145. 140.
Sit Ups- 45. 50.
We started and finished with a 500m run because we like symmetry :) We had such a great workout in the rain.
