Back Squats
5x 95lbs
5x 115lbs
3x 135lbs
3x 155lbs
3x 165lbs
The back squats were different this time. Coach made us squat onto a box and sit for a moment before driving out of the hole.

AMRAP in 10 minutes
4 Ring Rows
4 Pistols
15 Weighted Sit Ups 15lbs
I completed 5 rounds in 10 mins.
