That just wasn't enough for me so I did it all over again because I'm a maniac. I busted a callous on my hand so my pull ups- ab wheels were only 1-6 and 6-1 on the second time around. I graduated to the green pull up band today which is a major accomplishment for me :)
Totals were 110 OHS, 110 Box Jumps, 76 Pull Ups and 76 Ab Wheels. I was super proud of myself for improving my pull ups!! I found the OHS easy today too.
