40 Box Jumps
30 Kettle Bell Swings 20kgs
20 Weighted Push Ups 15lbs
10 Ab Wheel Rollouts

Split the work between the two partners with only one partner working at a time.
Mary Ellen and I rocked this one and finished in 15:54.
