Lisa and I managed 13 rounds plus pull ups. It was an ok workout, not my favorite exercises. Then I did some lifting.
Bench Press

2x 105lbs
1x 115lbs
1x 125 failed.
Dead Lifting (light weights)
5x 135lbs
3x 165lbs
3x 185lbs
