Rest one minute between rounds. My time was 20:20 minus the two minutes equals 18:20. My rounds were as follows: 1- 5:15, 2- 5:40, 3-7:20. Ouch. Wow, that was the toughest wod I've done in a long time! I coughed for a while after finishing this doozie!
I had so much fun with this wod in the morning that I went back for more in the evening! Same deal as above but my time was 17:35. That's right, I knocked 45 seconds off. My rounds looked like this: 1- 4:56, 2-6:00, 3- 5:35.
