After a week off of Yoga, I went back on Sunday for some more heat. It wasn't pretty.
Monday's yoga practice was much better, and I almost didn't make it because of court!
Monday's Crossfit workout looked like this:
Front Squat
3x 95lbs
3x 115lbs
3x 135lbs
3x 135lbs
3x 135lbs
The plan was to do 145 and 155 but 135 felt heavy enough. It must have been an off day.

5 Kipping Pullups

I'm still working on the kipping pullups but now I'm using the grey band which offers less support than the white one that I started out on. Sweet. I love progress. The hand stand pushups are still in the early stages. Small ROM but I have to start some where.
