Week in Review

What an amazing week. I spent the last five days training how to be an undercover spy. Well not exactly... ( Honestly, me? Undercover? Get a grip!) But seriously, it was a similar type of training and it's a huge adreneline rush. Every day was mentally exhausting and action packed. So this afternoon I had just enough time to squeeze in a run in the sun before heading out to celebrate Megs birthday. The sun was beautiful and my running partner (my neighbours german shepard) made the hour pass by quickly. I don't know how far we went but I wasn't going very fast and the dog stopped often to check things out so I estimate we ran no more than 8 k.
