Why is it that I find it easier to work out after a night of drinking than a night of good eating? The cure for too much drinking is lots of water and Advil. The cure for too much eating is still a mystery to me. Of course I could have had a salad but I couldn't resist the lobster ravioli and I paid for it at crossfit on Thursday morning. This workout damn near killed me.

The pullup/ box jump combo was no big deal but the burpees damn near killed me and it wasn't until the end that I realized that the previous nights dinner was what was slowing me down. I wanted to cry. I wanted to quit. And I almost did. But somehow I kept on going. I don't know how, I really don't. That's one WOD I won't soon forget.
