So I mentioned to Coach yesterday that we hadn`t done OHS`s in a while and voila, we do OHS`s. Love it!

12 Pull Ups
12 Bench Dips
6-Sandbag getups (3 each side)
20- KB swings (10 per side)

The OHS`s were tough at first as I hadn`t done them in over a month. The 75lbs were tough and I thought that was going to be enough for me. But Farrah pushed my limits again and Aimee made me do the 110lbs at the end. Thanks Ladies!
