Mondays Nooner

My work hours today were not agreeing the the CFL classes so I hit the gym at my office over the lunch break for a little workout.

OHS
10x 45lbs
8x 65lbs
6x 85lbs
4x 95lbs
2x 105lbs
1x 115lbs

5 Rounds
25 DU's
10 Bench Dips
10 Air Squats
5 H C&J 85lbs

Total time was 14:25. I was on pace for a 10 minute finish but fell behind after the first round. I had to fix my skip rope with duct tape cuz the handle broke. Bugger!!

"Mr. Joshua" on the .com today, I think you would love that one. Probably have to sub the GHD sit ups with regular or incline sit ups though unless a GHD is handy.
