De-Throned!

Coach programmed dead lifts at CFL today and since I ate a crappy lunch, I could not compete and was de-thromed in the DL category! Lunch consisted of cucumber, red peppers, deli sliced turkey and miss vickies chips. Then I had to go walk around the mall for hours and topped the afternoon off with a nut-granola bar. I was hungry when I arrived at CFL and had the following to show for it:

Dead Lifts
3x 135
3x 185
3x 215
1x 235
1x 255
1x 285 Failed

AMRAP in 8 minutes
4 Seated Shoulder Press 2x 30lbs
6 Assisted Pull Ups
6 Bench Dips
8 KB Swings 20Kgs

I managed 5 rounds minus the seated shoulder press which were by far the hardest. I love the 20kg KB, its all in the hips!

255 lb is still a great number and you know you can lift 285. Amazing what happens when your eating is off eh? You are still a queen to me:) Farrah is one strong mama though eh? It is nice for you to have each other to train with. Mr. Joshua and I had a serious mental battle with each other yesterday and I was in tears at the end. You may not have liked it after all. I have done that wod three times and yesterday was by far the worst although we never had a proper GHD the other two times. Whatever the deal was it sucked:) Hot yoga on Sunday for sure, I really like the instructor on Sunday, the lady on Monday I'm not sure I like - she hikes the heat even higher than normal and it is almost unbearable. I have gone six times so I'm getting my monies worth out of that two week trial:)
