When in doubt- The Bear

I couldnt make it to a CFL class today so I hit the gym at work while on shift. Yes, I love my job.

When I`m not creative enough to th ink up a workout, I always fall back on The Bear

Dead Lift- Squat Clean- Push Press- Back Squat- Push Press- Repeat x5
