Wednesday`s WOD

I warmed up with 2x10 box jumps then got into Tabata Box Jumps.

20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest x8.

10-7-6-6-6-8-6-6.
Total was 55.

Not bad but not great. I did do all the box jumps properly and I was even jumping down with both feet rather than stepping down one foot at a time.
