When I arrived early at Crossfit, the previous class was just getting going on their three rounder so I joined right in, cold. I didn`t think about the weight before I started so I ended up doing the boys weight and I didn`t even blink.

3 Rounds
3 - Squat Cleans 115 lbs
6 - D
ead Lifts 185lbs
9 - Box Jumps

Not timed.

Then I did the over head squats. The last two rounds was broken up into 1 and 2 reps.

OHS
3x 75lbs
3x 95 lbs
3x 105lbs
3x 115lbs

Then, since I didn`t have enough, I joined the second class for their three rounder but this time I did less weight.

3 - Squat Cleans 95 lbs
6 - Dead Lifts 115lbs
9 - Box Jumps
6:00.
