I didnt make it to the 7am class this morning, even though I was awake and up, so I hit the gym in my office in the afternoon for a little bear action.
The Bear
Dead Lift
Squat Clean
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
Repeat
5 Reps at the following weights:
65lbs - 75lbs - 85lbs - 95lbs
60 situps
A hand-full of pushups
