Partner workout for time:
100 - Body rows
100 - DU's
100 - Hanging power cleans 65lbs
100 - Box step ups
100 - Pushups
100 - Situps
100 - Deadlifts 65lbs
Dr. Ruth and I split the work with only one of us working at a time. We rocked this workout and finished in 23:46. Now I get to go back to bed and rest up before going back to work tonight!
