I love my new job. The first thing I did when I got on shift on Saturday was workout. The CFL WOD was 10-1`s so I modelled my WOD after that and the result was as follows:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Dead lift 125lbs
Box jumps
Then 10-10-10
Situps
Bench dips
Pushups
