Luc and I were were talking about this WOD before I hit the box and he said it was a leg workout. I didn`t think it was a leg workout because I don`t use my legs to row. Rowing is all about the lungs for me. So I went into this WOD with legs on my mind and apparently it made a difference in my rowing. That`s a nice surprise. Thanks Luc! My time was 25:50 and I was a hurtin unit...but I still had enough in the tank for another 400m run as the last participant finished up his WOD. Team work baby, the smell of victory was in the air. It felt good.
