I love Saturday WOD`s so I was a little miffed when I woke up feeling crappy. I made it through the workout but that pretty much finished me off for the day; I got progressively worse and hit rock bottom in the afternoon. Being sick sucks but I`m not complaining (rule #4)... it sure beats cheemo!
Saturday`s Partner workout:
21-15-12-9-6-3-6-9-12-15-21
Back squat 65lbs
Pullups (x2 reps for jumping)
Push press 65lbs
Weighted situps 20lb
I partnered with Sherrie and we split each round, so we each did half of each round. That meant that I did 11 reps of squats, pullups, pushpress and situps, then Sherrie did 10, the I did 8 and Sherrie did 7 and so on and so forth. It worked really really well as it gave each of us time to recover before tackling the next round.
