I killed this WOD in 19:30. All my fave exercises made this one a blast. And despite what I`d done earlier in the day (see below) I didn`t feel tired!
This morning I joined Patrick for his workout. It`s what they used as a warm up at his training in Ottawa. Not exactly my idea of a good time but I made the best of it.
5 minute run, 2 minutes jumping jacks
1 minute run, 2 minutes sliding push ups
1 minute run, 2 minutes mountain climbers
2 minute run, 1 minute plank
2 minute run, 2 minutes squat
2 minute run, 1 minute sit ups (20)
2 minute run, 1 minute push ups (20)
1 minute run, 150 scissor kicks
Then I did my workout, note Patrick did not join me :)
