We finished up with 3 x 10 K2E. I felt good during this workout. It was not timed so I didnt rush through but just kept on moving. And I did box jumps again. They`re not hard at all. It was all mental. Why did I wait this long to take control of them? What else am I holding out on? Pull ups are my nemesis but I know I cant do those. What else?
I ended my day with a 3k walk before it started raining. It was such a beautiful night!

My nemesis was squat cleans. Jumping under a weight just didn't feel "right". I got over it.
How about one pullup? The journey of a thousand steps ...

yes a thousand steps. some times i get bored because i`ve mastered a move or i settle on something `modified`, like pullups.
tomorrow remind me to try kipping again.
