My former PR for back squat was 155lbs and I had a mental block against 160. I dont know why but that number was scary to me. It was out of my league. In my mind, it was Mia's territory and no one else had been there, as far as I'd seen. Today my 155lbs felt great so I decided to kick it up a notch. I managed 2 reps of 165lbs then another one. Wow. That was a pretty neat feeling! I'm sure I could have gone heavier but only for one rep. I did a few pullups after the lifting and worked on my negative. It hurt the insides of my elbows and I went down realy fast, not good.
Off to work tonight. This rain sucks but it might make the night a little less eventful :)
