Tuesdays WOD

Patrick and I went shopping today...the best kind of shopping- the kind where we got to run to and from our shopping destination! We ran 3.5 k`s to London Drugs where we bought itouch`s. Very cool- I can`t even begin to explain all the neat things I can do with my new toy. Looking forward to grooving to my tunes in my car at work! We walked home (2.5k`s) after the big purchase. 6k total.
