Monday`s Sunny WOD

I`m back at it! After 9 days of cycling on average 100kms per day, I took two days to recover and put myself thru a WOD today. Patrick and I ran from home to Clayton Heights Secondary where I did 50 situps, 50 pushups and 50 air squats. The run was only 3.7k`s but it was enough to get back into it. Loved the sunshine!
