Today`s WOD was a good one and very different than the usual stuff. The deal was to do one OHS in the first minute, two in the second minute and so on for a maximum of 20 minutes. By the 10th minute, it was getting tough. By the 15th minute, I barely squeezed in 15 OHS`s and had no time to catch my breath before the 16th minute began so I pulled the plug. I finished up with 4 sets of 10 weighted (15lbs) sit ups.
I`m feeling some pain today from the 110 deadlifts from last week which at 95lbs, I didnt take serious enough. I faultered on my form and now have a very sore back. I guess you could call it an injury but I`ve never been officially injured and I`m not going to start now! Ice and Advil here I come!

Just wanted to say thanks for helping me out yesterday with those OHS. Once I found out what you meant by pressing up off your heels and not your toes and keeping the weight aligned with your feet... the squats felt much better. Thanks again... just one more thing to work on at Crossfit!!
Any time Deacs. You showed great improvement and kicked ass on your second time ever at OHS`s.
