Thursday`s Enforcer WOD

30 Handstand push-ups
50 Kettlebell swings
60 Sit-ups
30 Burpees
30 Dips

That`s the plan for today. I can`t hanlde deadlifts again quite yet as that`s what got me into this painful mess in the first place. So I`m giong to skip class and just play in my garage (The Enforcer Box) and stay out of the rain.

10 Burpees

50 KB Swings

30 Situps

30 Squats

10 Burpees

30 Situps

30 Dips
