Tuesday`s 7am WOD

5 Rounds
3 - Power cleans 95lbs
6 - Pushups
9 - Air Squats

3 minutes of max rounds, 1 minute of rest. I completed 3 rounds (9 cleans, 18 pushups, 27 squats) in each of the 5 rounds. At 7am I had just come off of night shift and had done the Crossfit class the previous evening so I was tired. That`s two classes and a 12 hour night shift all without sleeping folks. It was tough! I slept all day and am going back to work tonight but skipping the evening Crossfit class :)
