I walked into this class still half asleep and with a throbbing head ache. As soon as I started rowing I forgot about how crappy I felt and just concentrate on the task ahead.

The K2E sucked and I was doing sets of 5 as that`s all my hands would let me do. The situps were eaqually unpleasant and at the end I was doing singles!
In the afternoon I went for a ride. I tried to stay between the rain drops but it was tough. I didnt make it very far befire I had my fitst flas which conviently happened outside my office so I was able to get it fixed. Then when I hit Fraser and 248, I got another flat. I didnt have another spare tube so I called for a ride home :) I was all ready for a nice relaxing evening but I got called into work. Blah.
