Monday's Killer WOD

3 Rounds

Step ups on a 10" box while holding a sandbag
I did 26/26/24 step ups while Jen rowed.
This was a nice little warmup outside in the sunshine.

3 Rounds
2x power cleans
3x front squat
2x split jerk
95/105/115
This was awesome! Low reps and good technique :)

30 Minute time limit:
40 wallball

80jumping pullups
30 wallball
60 jumping pullups
20 wallball
40 jumping pullups
10 wallball
20 jumping pullups

Time: 21:30

This one was killer. I tried to get my first 40 walballs done without stopping (its a level 2 requirement) but I couldn't do it. I made 26 then "accidently" dropped the ball so I could rest. I might have been ok with 40 straight if it wern't for the warmup and the lifting. I really like wallballs. The pullups, well that's another story. I just sucked it up and got it done. I did 200 jumping pullups and they wern't as bad as I 'd made them out to be in my mind. I partnered with Jenn for this workout and I think we were pretty evenly matched. I was a great WOD and I was wiped by the end.

Night shift tonight. I'll be out looking for trouble. Lay low if you're planning on being bad.
