Change of plans. I was going to take a rest day but after watching the Nasty Girls video on the website, I was hooked and had to try it!

10x Hang power cleans 95lbs
The Rx`d wokout includes 7 MU`s but I cant do a MU so I`ve subbed dips. This WOD should get me pumped up for my overtime shift tonight :)

That was a pretty good workout and it would have been a great workout had my back not seized up on me half way through my last set of dips. That pisses me off because every other part of me was doing fine including my lungs which are usually the first to pack up and move out. I did 15 dips in my last round then moved onto the HPC's and only did 6 before I was doubled over in pain. What's going on with my back? This is frustrating me!

oh no i didnt forget the pullups :)
but now that deacs has done her first pullup, i may have to try them again. Im not sue of theres a pullup bar in the gym at work because ive never looked for it before. maybe today is the day :)
