I unexpectedly found computer on my mini vacation so here I am blogging.
Monday's WOD:
5 Rounds
20 Pushups
20 Sit ups
20 KB Swings 16kbs
20 Goblet Squats 20lbs
Then 100 DU's to finish up.
Luc was supposed to join me in this WOD but he ended up being a spectator! It was really hot when I did my workout even though it was only 9am. I followed this up with an afternoon (which actually started at 1130) by the pool and a few bevvies which probably negated all of my Crossfit efforts. Plus I have a brilliant sun burn :)
