It was supposed to be a rest day

It`s so nice to sleep in! After week in over-drive, I was hell-bent (and Nashville bound) on taking a day to relax so I slept in and planned nothing but relaxing for the afternoon. I`m not the kind of person who can relax easily and I have trouble doing nothing. So of course, what better way to fill a `day off` than with a Crossfit workout.

10 KB swings
10 Burpees
10 Golet Squats 20lbs
10 Situps

Total time 25:05

Tonight I`m off to the Island with some friends including Luc, for a little rest and relaxation and of course some Crossfit. I`m taking my kettlebells, skipping rope and yoga mat (for burpees, situps etc) so when we`re not in the pool and sipping on cool bevvies we can sweat it out!

GREAT I'm bringing my 2 KBs as well... so we can do double 24KB snatches !!! Oh god my arms just went numb just to type DOUBLE 24-kg KB SNATCHES !!!
