Back in the saddle

Erin and I hit the road at 730 this morning and the weather was so great! We did 60km`s throught Fort Langley and area. I can really tell I haven`t ridden enough lately. All those little back muscles that I`d whipped into shape in Aprl, May and June were b*tching at me during this ride.Can`t wait to do it again!
