Rest Day with a few exceptions...like a run, and some burpees! Haha that`s my idea of rest. Ya right! Deets & pics to follow.
Ok so I forgot my camera but here's what we did today in the hot sunshine:
Run 13 minutes (distance unknown but the was lots of up hills)
100 situps
Run 10 minutes (distance unknown and a few down hills)
5 sets of 5 pushups and 5 air squats
Run 7 minutes (distance unknown and I was too tired to notice the landscape)
100 leg/butt crunches
100 butt crunches
7 burpees

Crunches? There's no crunches in Crossfit! Ah I'm just giv'in you the gears! Feel free to send me a URAJERK:)
if you knew what these crunches were, you wouldnt be making fun of them! they`re not your normal ab crunches!
