Monday`s WOD



500m Row

50 Air Squats
60 Jumping Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
45 KTE
30 DB Swings 35lbs
30 Weighted Sit Ups 30lbs
50 OHS Squats (pipe)

This workout was not for time (24:20) and I spent more effort on proper technique. I did proper push ups, which are getting easier :) I also did pretty good KTE`s with no kipping. I can almost get my knees to my elbows but until I can do them as Rx`d, I`ll keep doing higher reps of my K2C version :)
Today`s weighted sit ups were tough because Coach told us to hold the weight behind our necks. I couldn`t do it with 30lbs behind my neck so I held it in front of me and it was still tough!


On a dfferent note, I`m reading a fabulous book at the moment titled Eats, Shoots & Leaves. It`s a `Zero Tolerance Approach to Punctuation` which I love because the world is full of punctuation violations!
