I just wanted to sweat a little bit before heading back to work and I figured the rower was the perfect way to do it. I wasn`t planning on going for a PR but hey, shit happens :)

100 Butterfly/Leg crunches
500m Row 1:45.1 **PR**
200 Butt crunches
400m Row 2:03.3
60 Butt/Leg combo crunches

And of course you can see bicycles in the background :) Gotta love it!
I`m of to work to fight crime and or evil. No bubble gum tonight either :)
