After two dayshifts, I don`t usually work out. But the guilt of taking so many day off got to me. Here`s what I dabbled in this evening
20s Row, 20s Rest x4
5 Jumping Jacks + Bench Dips ... 7+7
20s Row, 20s Rest x4
5 Sit Ups + 5 Burpees ... 3+2
20s Row, 20s Rest x4
5 Air Squats + 5 DU`s ... 4+3
I cooked a nice dinner and the addition of a little wine and some good neighbours (plus the best SEINFLED episode EVER!) made for the perfect night :)
