FINALLY made it to the Langley Box. Had to do a little re-arranging at work but I got my priorities straightened out :) Here`s what Coach had in store for us today:
Barbell complex 65lbs
7 Rounds x 5 Reps
Deadlift
Hanging Power Snatch
Over Head Squat
Sholder Press (behind the neck)
In between each round I did 10 ab wheel rollouts. Felt great! I LOVE barbell complexes so this one was right up there. The OHS felt great throughout; it`s one of my favorites :) The shoulder press was tough, especially the 3-5th reps, I had to add a little push press in there. At the end Leanna said to me, that`s 6 rounds right? I was certain it was 7 as Amanda andI kept track pretty tight. Leanna decided to do an extra round just to make sure. I was not about to let her out do me (haha) so I added in an 8th round for good measure.
I was running on adreneline after a very busy day at work. Our man-power was cut in half due to vacation, sick days and court. Time to rest up and do it all again tomorrow!

haha thanks i think it might be moms :P and no way should you say no! You have true crossfit spirit! :) good job today! that was a heavy weight.
