Wednesday`s WOD

I designed another Crossfit style workout today. Here`s what got our hearts pumping tonight:

5 Rounds
Row 300M
10 Walking Lunges
10 Sit ups
10 Band Squats

3 Rounds
15 KB swings
15 Push ups
50 Skips

I completed the first one in 14:55 and I forgot to set my timer on the second blaster. It was awesome to do the skips and lunges outside in the fresh air. Felt great!
