Yay! I finally made it back to a real Crossfit class tonight. I switched my shift to make it work :)
Todays WOD:
Front squats
2-115lbs
2-125lbs
2-135lbs
Bench press
2-95lbs
2-115lbs
2-115lbs * I had some help on the second rep here...But I totally know I could do one rep at 125!
Ring dips- 3 sets of 10 reps. These felt good and 10 wasn`t my max but oh well.
14 ab wheel rollouts. I LOVED these! It felt great to not be gassed due to some crazy other exercises as part of a multi-rounder. I had good technique and I can`t wait to feel the burn in my abs tomorrow! I think we should do ab wheel rollouts more often on their own.
