Enforcer Crossfit- Thursday Edition

I was able to do almost the entire prescribed workout, with a few minor mods in the home enforcer box.

Row 20sec on 10off 4x (400m)
2 minutes of 3 burpees + 3 situps= 4 rounds + 2 burpees
This first combo took 5:00 total

Row 20sec on 10off 4x (412m)
2 minutes of 5 pushups + 5 deck squats 20lbs= 5 rounds
This second combo took 5:00 total

Row 20sec on 10off 4x (413m)
2 minutes of 5 bench dips + 5 j. jacks= 8 rounds
This third combo took 4:30 total

Rest 2 min, ok it wa a little longer than 2 minutes as my phone rang. 5 minutes maybe...

Row 500m 2:02:6
25 Double Unders- broken down into13-3-1-7-1. I`m pretty sure that 13 DU`s is my record :)
40 single arm DB swings 20lbs

Row 500m 1:55:2
40 walking lunges
25 push ups (no knees)

The weather was nice and cool and my neighbourhood was abandonned so it was a perfect arangement to git `er done.
